Dear Sir or Madam,

I ordered an orgel and two mini lightsticks on 25/12 and paid within pre-order period. Why does not my order shipped?

    For your order, it is an order containing a pre-sales product and will be shipped together when the Orgel product is shipped.

    For Ha Sung Woon - Orgel products, shipping will be carried out in sequence as soon as the goods are delivered to us as custom manufactured goods.
    Products are shipped daily except during the Lunar New Year holiday period, from 1/17th (Friday) to Feb. 20th (Thursday).

    Once your order has been shipped, we will enter your shipping number.
    Please check the details of the shipping schedule as applicable. If you have any problems, please contact us by posting and we will help you.
